1. Operating Entity
All ground handling services, tour packages, fleet rentals, and boat charters offered through Varanasi DMC (https://varanasidmc.com) are executed and guaranteed directly by Kashi Varanasi Tours and Travels, registered in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
2. Booking Confirmation & Payments
- A formal booking confirmation voucher is issued upon receipt of advance payment or mutually approved credit terms for registered B2B partners.
- Payments can be remitted via IMPS/NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, UPI, or corporate payment gateway. All billing is accompanied by official GST net tax invoices.
3. Ground Fleet & Vehicle Usage Guidelines
- Commercial vehicles (Sedans, Crystas, Tempo Travellers) are provided with professional, verified commercial chauffeurs.
- Vehicles operate strictly as per the contracted itinerary and local administration traffic rules. In certain pedestrian-only zones around Kashi Vishwanath Dham and Dashashwamedh Ghat, local e-rickshaws or walking escorts are arranged in accordance with municipal traffic orders.
4. Riverboat & Ganga Aarti Charters
Boat operations on River Ganga are subject to local district administration (Varanasi Nagar Nigam & Jal Police) safety regulations. During monsoons (high water flow) or extraordinary meteorological advisories, motorized boats may be restricted by government decree. In such force majeure instances, equivalent alternative services or timely adjustments will be provided.
5. Temple Darshan & VIP Passes
Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Trust issues VIP Sugam Darshan and Aarti tickets subject to their strict statutory guidelines. Original government photo identification is mandatory for all pilgrims entering through VIP gates.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations received 15+ days prior to arrival date: Full refund minus minimal administrative processing charges.
- Cancellations received 7 to 14 days prior to arrival date: 50% refund or credit note issued for future bookings.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date or peak festival dates (Dev Deepawali, Mahashivratri, Kumbh): Subject to hotel and vehicle retention policies.
7. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from services rendered shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
